Kilchoman – 11 Year Old 2007 – Sherry Cask – Distillery Shop Exclusive

This rare Kilchoman 11 Year Old single cask whisky was distilled on 4 December 2007 and bottled on 30 October 2019, exclusively for the distillery shop. Matured in Sherry Cask #423, this small batch release highlights Kilchomans commitment to traditional methods and full farm-to-bottle production on Islays rugged west coast.

Established in 2005, Kilchoman is a true farm distillery. From growing its own barley to hand-bottling the whisky on site, this release showcases their authentic Islay character. Just 633 bottles were produced, making this a must-have for collectors and fans of rich, sherried Islay malts.Bottled at cask strength. Non-chillfiltered and natural colour. Bottled at 54%ABV

Nose: Rich dark fruit, leather, earthy smoke and treacle

Palate: Spicy sherry warmth, peat smoke, raisins, and cracked black pepper

Finish: Long, warming, and smoky with dried fruit and oak spice
