Released in 2013, Harald is part of The Warrior Series, a collection of single malts created for Duty-Free to both introduce a key figure from Orkneys Viking history and to demonstrate the impact of cask type on our whiskys flavour, which is immense.

Matured in a combination of sherry seasoned American oak and European oak casks and bottled at 40%ABV (bottle size 700ml)

Nose: Rich and aromatic with pronounced notes of ginger, sandalwood, and sweet sponge cake. Subtle hints of nutmeg add complexity.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense, featuring flavors of sweet sponge cake, gingerbread, and rich sandalwood. The sherry influence brings dried fruits and a touch of oak spice.

Finish: Long and lingering, with a balanced interplay of sweet spices, oak, and a gentle nuttiness.
