The first in Highland Parks limited series, The Dark is a 17-year-old single malt matured in European oak sherry casks. This rich whisky harmonises sherried sweetness with smoky complexity, revealing layers of dried fruit, chocolate, and heather smoke. Bottled at natural strength 52.9%ABV.

Nose: Cinnamon, pine, ginger, and chocolate-chip cookie dough.

Palate: Raisins, roasted coffee beans, and heather smoke.

Finish: Mint chocolate, prunes, almonds, and earthy richness.
