This 12-year-old single malt is distilled at Highland Park on the island of Orkney. This expression was bottled in the 2000s is the flagship single malt in the Highland Park core range receiving a make-over as 12 Year Old Viking Honour in 2017. Bottled at 43% ABV (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Delicate peat smoke with heather honey and dried fruits. A hint of vanilla and citrus zest.

Palate: Smooth and balanced, with flavors of honey, malt, and orchard fruits. Subtle peat smoke, oak spice, and a touch of nuttiness.

Finish: Medium to long finish with lingering sweetness, gentle smoke, and a hint of maritime saltiness.
