Gran Duque DAlba was first launched in 1945 and named for the Great Duke of Alba, Fernando Alvarez de Toledo y Pimentel. Gran Duque DAlba Oro uses Airen and Palomino Brandies that are aged for an average of 25 years through the unique Solera system in sherry-infused American oak casks. Old mahogany with ebony highlights. Serve in a brandy snifter neat or over ice. Excellent for special occasions. Aromas of vanilla & maraschino cherry with notes of fig, prune, and dark chocolate on the palate. A lavishly complex palate with a long, creamy finish.
