It is distilled twice in traditional Filipino-style clay pot stills, maintaining an ‘alta gama’ purity with no adjustments. This mezcal captivates with complex aromas of copal, macadamia, snow pea hull, tahini, brown butter, mealy orchard fruit, grilled chicken skin, pumpkin seed, touches of asparagus, dark cherry, tobacco leaf, vanilla cream, and salted caramel.
