Finished in Tokaji dessert wine casks, its coppery and sweet without being overpoweringly so. Theres white chocolate, fruit, and just a hint of mint. Pair it with an actual cake.

Nose: Rich and complex with passion fruit, peach, mango, and pear, followed by notes of baking bread, oak, honeycomb, vanilla, almond, and a hint of milk chocolate. Water adds zesty apricot and elderflower.

Palete:Luscious and tart with flavors of honey, white chocolate, apricot, almond, vanilla, and pear, balanced by tangy orange and menthol.

Finish:Lingering honeycomb, chocolate almond, and pecan nuts.
