Named after the Scots Gaelic word for spice, Spios highlights the spicy characteristics gained from full maturation in American ex-rye whiskey casks. This expression is non-chillfiltered and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Fresh and herbal with cherry, clove, mint toffee, and green grass.

Taste: Spicy rye with toffee, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and buttery vanilla.

Finish: Rich and sweet, with lingering toffee, Brazil nut, and a hint of citrus.
