Glenmorangie Dornoch is a limited edition single malt inspired by the Dornoch Firth, near the distillerys home. Crafted by Dr. Bill Lumsden, it combines Glenmorangie matured in bourbon barrels with lightly peated spirit matured in Amontillado sherry casks. The result is a balance of orchard fruit sweetness, caramel richness, and subtle earthy peat depth. Each bottle contributes to protecting the fjord through Glenmorangies marine conservation efforts. Bottled at 43% ABV.

Nose: Nectarines, apples, lemon zest, coastal grass, caramel and fine spice.

Palate: Caramel and cane sugar with hints of peat, tiramisu, star anise, and walnut smoke.

Finish: Classic fruity Glenmorangie character with layered earthy peat.
