The Glengoyne Teapot Dram Batch 4 is a limited edition Highland single malt, part of a series that honors a lost tradition of distillery workers receiving three drams of whisky throughout the day. This bold and young whisky is bottled as a recreation of those times by experienced men.

This batch was matured in first fill Oloroso sherry casks and limited to just 3,178 individually numbered bottles and bottled at 58.7% ABV

Nose: Fruity! Dried fruit, sherry, leather, toffee, cocoa, chocolate, musty dunnage warehouse, nutty with toasted hazelnut and walnut.

Palete: Leathery and tannic, red, black and dried fruits combine to give a rich fruitcake or fruit pudding, cherries and blackcurrants are prominent along with figs, damson and raisin, leather-bound old books/library, woody oak, tannic tea, sweet maple & pecan tarts, chocolate covered strawberries and toffee, cocoa and hazelnut.

Finish: Long, dried fruits and treacle toffee.
