This Double Cask is matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in ex-Pedro Ximnez sherry casks for up to 12 months. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose:Sweet with creme caramel, caramelised fruit, wood sugar, toffee and fudge before some apple and peach emerge.

Palate:Again with the sweet start, followed by a little tongue-tingling mint buzz and the drying and oily distillery character.

Finish:A warm finish of ginger, chocolate and sherry notes.
