Master Distiller Noel Sweeney led the creation of many Irish Whiskeys during his 28-year career at Cooley Distillery, including award-winning expressions like Connemara (peated) and Greenore Single Grain. Recently, he added the multi-award-winning Fercullen whiskey to his portfolio. These single casks contain spirit laid down by Noel and his teams.

Bottled at 53.7% ABV

Nose: Tropical fruits like pineapple, malty yeast, dusty baked pudding, poached apple, apricot, and a hint of citrus. Followed by nectar, pear juice, light vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.

Palate: Creamy entry with a gentle mouthfeel, repeating the rich fruit and baked notes.

Finish: Long and complex, with an explosion of fruits, baked pudding, pineapple, poached fruits, spice, and syrup.
