The Everflyht Ros de Saigne is a vintage English sparkling Ros wine that blends Pinot Noir (60%) and Pinot Meunier (40%) grapes. Using only the finest hand-picked fruit, grown on the Everflyht single estate vineyard, the Ros de Saigne is made in the traditional method and has been aged on the lees for 18 months.The nose is full of ripe cherry with soft undertones of strawberry and raspberry. Complexity and structure round off the profile with cream, butter and notes of fresh brioche. The palate is fruit driven with hints of ripe red cherry and sweet wild strawberry with a soft backbone of cream.
