Evan Williams was Kentucky’s first commercial distillery. In operation since 1783, it continues to produce premium American whiskey. Each single barrel release from Evan Williams is personally selected by the distillery’s master distiller. These releases are perfect examples of great bourbon at great prices. This release is from barrel number 168, which was distilled on 23 June 2010 and bottled on 13 December 2017. Bottled at 43.3%.

Nose:Dark caramel, sweet oak, and charred wood.

Palate:Lush and spicy. Oak with honey, apple, and orange notes.

Finish:Long, graceful, and relaxed.
