EFE Gold, which was launched in 2015, is made from Anatolian grapes and aniseeds. Rak is usually aged in stainless steel vats. According to Rak production standards in Turkey, maximum 10 grams of sugar per litre can be added to Rak in the making process. EFE Gold has no added sugar and has been aged for 120 days in oak barrels to inherit smooth taste, distintive colour, and aromas.
