The Dyfi Distillery Hibernation Gin is the first and only gin in the world to be aged in a fully seasoned 100 year old white port cask, which was provided by iconic Portuguese producer, Niepoort Vinhos. The botanicals foraged for the Hibernation Gin are influenced by the wild fruit harvest and include wild crab apples, bilberries and blackberries. These are combined with carefully selected classic, and other locally-foraged botanicals, before being precision-distilled and then left to rest in the extremely rare White Port cask.
