The Dopff au Moulin Crmant d’Alsace Cuve Julien Brut NV is an award winningdry and refreshing sparkling wine made by the traditional champagne method. A blend of 50% Auxerrois, which is a sibling grape variety of Chardonnay, mainly grown in Alsace, and 50% Pinot Blanc, the wine was aged for 18 months in bottle on lees with automatic riddling using gyro-pallets. Although labelled as non-vintage this Crmant d’Alsace is mostly based on a single vintage. Cuve Julien is a dry and elegant Crmant, showing hints of quince and white flowers, fine bubbles with good length and weight.
