100% handpicked Blue Weber agave, double distilled, aged for full year in an artfully selected mix of barrels no larger than 300 liters, then bottled in-house at Hacienda Corralejo. Aged 12 Months in a mix of American, French Limousine and Mexican Oak. 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested from our fields in the state of Guanajuato. Perfected by the French in distilling Cognac, the 400 year old Charentais distillation method allows for exceptional retention of aroma and flavor.
