The sublime character of this extra aejo tequila is only possible through its extended aging period of five years: first in American whiskey casks then separated into amontillado, oloroso and pedro ximnez sherry casks before being recombined. Full bodied, shades of brown with copper highlights. Sherry, dried plum, raisin, ripe apricot, brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, cacao and an intense aroma of oak. Dried plum, cinnamon, cacao and clove with hints of tobacco and a long finish of dried plum and caramelized walnut.
