Cimarrn Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is distilled from hillside agave grown at 4,620 elevation, where plant sugars reach an average of 24-26 Brix. A low-pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarrns bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers yeast.

Made by none other than tequila legend Enrique Fonseca, this is designed to be simply the greatest tequila for the value in the world. After tasting Cimarron, it is hard to argue with that. The high elevation, complete control over cultivation, proprietary yeasts, and methods of crushing the agave, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character.
