Its an exciting champagne produced only in sunny and warm years. This champagne is composed of approximately 55% Pinot Meunier, while the remaining 45% is an almost equal proportion of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These grapes come exclusively from two plots, La Genette and La Chapotte, both located in Mardeuil and certified organic and biodynamic. These vineyards, with a size of 0.55 hectares each, have limestone-clay, flint and chalk soils, creating an exceptional terrior for growing grapes.
