Veuve Fourny’s unique know-how: a blend of Pinot Noir and Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay harvested by hand. Preserved in small oak wood containers, reserve wines exude the complexity of this exceptional wine: fresh and fruity Champagne, a nice balance of liveliness and roundness.

This blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir sees partial barrel aging, partial malolactic fermentation, and two and a half years aging in bottle before release.
