The Champagne Veuve Fourny Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut Non-Vintage is made from pure, hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes, sourced from vines over 40 years in age grown in the Vertus Premier Cru and other Premiers Crus. Only the Cuve (first pressed juices) are used and it spends7 months on lees, with the minimum use of sulphur. Aminimum of 3 years ageing prior to disgorgement and a further six months on the cork – the dosage is “Extra Brut” (5 grams per litre).
