The current winemaker, Pierre Amillet, is the fourth generation to lead the winery. If you spend any time with him you quickly realize he is obsessed with Chardonnay grown in the chalky terroirs of Le Mesnil. (Were not exaggerating, weve got the rocks he has suitcased over to us to prove it!)
Were really proud to be working with Pierres wines, as we are his first importer in the United States. Its not everyday you come across a winemaker with a slice of Les Chetillons.
