The Champagne Palmer & Co. Blanc de Blancs is a multi-award winning cuve of incomparable purity based on the Chardonnay grape. This cuve is composed of a high proportion of reserve wines (typically 30-35%) and then bottle-aged for four to five years on the lees, in the 18-metre-deep chalk cellars which imbued the wine with incredible complexity. With wonderful purity, this crystalline champagne exudes subtle aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and almonds. Fresh and silky on the palate, with exquisite mineral notes and finesse on the finish.
