Castle D’ajac French Brandy XO is produced in the South of France, out of the best grapes, Chardonnay and Uni Blanc, Distilled partly in alembics and columns, in the pure tradition of the region. The cellar master has extracted the most subtle aromas of the brandy through a very slow distillation and finally aged the noble EAU DE VIE for years in oak barrels, to give the taste of an exceptional brandy.
