The Ca’ del Bosco Cuve Prestige Edizione 46 represents the very essence of Franciacorta sparkling wines. A jewel created in 2007, only the finest Chardonnay (79.5%) across 157 plots, Pinot Nero (19%) from 27 plots and Pinot Bianco (1.5%) from 5 plots are used in the final blend. Each variety is vinified separately and then skilfully blended with reserves of the finest vintages.
