Launched in 2022, a single cask, single grain whisky from South Africa’s Boplaas distillery. Distilled from South African yellow maize, matured for five years in ex-bourbon barrelsfollowed by three years in new American oak and then a final maturation in heavily charred virgin oak barrels. Only 400 bottles were produced. Each bottle is numbered and bears the signature of 7th generation distiller Daniel Nel. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose:Spicy and sweet with caramel, toffee and butterscotch.

Palate:Bold, rounded and viscous, with a pleasant balance of cigar box, vanilla and stone-fruit.

Finish:Oak spice that lingers well after the sip.
