Brunello di Montalcino is the soul and identity of Argiano. Made from 100% Sangiovese the grapes are sourced from vines approaching 60 years old. After fermentation the wine is matured in large Slavonian oak casks for 30 months before being bottled in April during one of the most favourable moon phases.The nose is broad and complex, yet clean and fresh, with classic hints of red fruit mixed with notes of aromatic herbs
