This was the third release of new make spirit from Ardnamurchan distillery, bottled by Adelphi. This limited edition release was bottled in anticipation of the first official single malt release from the distillery and was crafted from peated and unpeated Ardnamurchan spirit matured in first fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximnez sherry casks. Bottled at 55.3% ABV, natural colour and unchill-filtered.
Nose: Sweet sherry influence with hints of peat smoke, vanilla, and honey.

Palate: Full-bodied with dark chocolate, dates, and a gentle smokiness. Toffee and roasted nuts emerge with a creamy texture.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering sweetness, oak spices, and a subtle earthiness.
