Rich ruby tending towards garnet in color. Rich and complex to the nose, with notes of cherries, wild berry jam, candied citrus peel and spices. To the taste its an amazing wine, where it begins sweet and then gives way to a fresh finish with an aromatic persistence to the nose.

In 2009 weve decided to adopt the organic farming and vinification processes for vineyards and wines, while weve been using the same approach for extra virgin olive oil for many years. The conversion process took three years, as requested by the regulation, so weve gained the organic certification since 2012 vintage, for all our wines.
