The idea with this cuveis to capture a global snapshot of the vintageversus the nuance of a single vineyard bottling.In such, the wine comes from four parcelsthat are vinifiedseparately then blended:Cte de l’ Etang, Les Envers de Cte Chtif, Les Goulots de Jouan.
