The Aleksi Biser Brut is a limited production, vintage Serbian sparkling wine made from the Smederevka white grape variety. Made adopting the traditional method and with zero dosage, this sparkling wine spends 24 months on lees. Straw yellow in colour it displays aromas of dried flowers, apple and hints of a warm croissant. The palate is medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a crisp mineral finish. A great apritif option, or equally, served alongside various fish-based dishes, seafood and sushi. Biser has the capacity to age for up to 10 years.
