As a bespoke atelier specializing in a new American take on old-world materials, our whiskey that reimagines distilling tradition with local ingredients was a perfect match to celebrate their 10th anniversary. This whiskey was aged in a French oak red wine barrel that imparted a buttery mouthfeel and notes of dark cherry, dried plums, and sharp dark chocolate. This decadent and robust profile is a testament to innovative twists on tradition.
