The Kyoto Distillery is excited to collaborate with Champagne Henri Giraud on a unique project that began when the 12th generation owner of Henri Giraud, Claude Giraud, visited The Kyoto Distillery. KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, possibly the first of its kind, has been aged in oak barrels from the Argonne Forest in the Champagne region, which were previously used to age Henri Giraud’s premium Champagnes. The distillery team has closely monitored the maturation process to ensure that the fruitiness and vanilla oak flavors are well-balanced with the original botanical blend. We recommend trying this gin as a highball or in a French 75 cocktail.
