This raspberry spirit is made using fresh and ripe Swiss raspberries from Central Switzerland, known for their exceptional flavor. The fruit is macerated in pure raw alcohol to extract its natural aromas, and then double-distilled according to a special recipe developed by our master distiller. The resulting spirit is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of two years, allowing it to reach peak perfection. It is then blended by our cellar master to create a spirit with a sparkling fresh delicacy and pronounced fruitiness that is highly prized by connoisseurs.
