Arizona has relied on the 5 Cs of Gin. Cardamom, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon and Citrus (lime zest). We also added lavender and apple for a more floral character. We used 8 different botanicals, which are all sourced from northern Arizona. This isnt your typical Gin. It doesnt overpower you with that piney flavor that turns people away.
