This wine is Mumm Napa’s Tte de Cuve and honors the late founding winemaker Guy Devaux. It is a blend of 50 percent Chardonnay and 50 percent Pinot Noir sourced from six of Mumm Napa’s best vineyards. Aromas of apple, strawberry, and apricot lead to a complex palate of berry, fig, and vanilla. It finishes with a rich nutty flavor.
