This is the oldest of the three bottlings in the series, with 18 years of maturation in an ex-Sherry butt and is bottled at cask-strength with no chill-filtering.

Initial sweet notes of pears and peaches on the nose followed by a hint of spicy chocolate. The palate is creamy and sweet with accents of orange, nuts and cinnamon. The finish is long and tangy. Only 618 bottles made.
