During his travels, The Curious Mind was led across the Atlantic and into the heart of the South American continent to hte captivating and wonderous country of Brazil. PJ began to devise an extraordinary recipe to incorporate the refreshingly sweet and tangy Brazilian Pineapple into Drumshanbo Gunpowder IRish Gin back at The Shed distillery in Drumbshanbo.
