Elise Dechannes Essentielle Champagne 2019

Champagne Essentielle by Elise Dechannes is the result of 100% Pinot Noir coming from vineyards owned by the family in Les Riceys, a village in the Aube, also known for the AOC “Ros des Riceys”.
This Blanc de Noirs with a bright color and fine bubbles vinifies in steel with indigenous yeasts and minimal use of sulphites. The nose is fresh and elegant, the mouth is juicy and enveloping with aromas of fresh fruit, peaches, apricots.
