Astral Tequila Blanco 750

Astral is hand-harvested and crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber agave, which grows, struggles and ultimately becomes this historic and terroir-driven tequila. Astral Tequila is totally unique and reminiscent of the way tequila was made 150 years ago before it was industrialized. Astral is made from agave grown at high altitudes on a single organic estate in the mountains. The agave is harvested and roasted in a traditional stone oven. Native yeast fermentation takes 8x as long as conventional fermentation. We ferment with all the bagazo (solids) to highlight what the agave plant has to share. After fermentation Astral is pot distilled two times to reach 92 proof.
