Weingut K. Wechsler Riesling Trocken 2022

Katharina Wechslers enviable Rheinhessen vineyard holdings are in what may be todays most famous dry Riesling area (mostly thanks to local luminaries, Klaus-Peter Keller, and Philipp Wittman). This 2022 Trocken Riesling is one of her entry level wines, but it’s not lacking in flavor or complexity. This dry Riesling is elegant, aromatic and bright with tasting notes of petrol, white flowers, crips apple and tart acidity on the finish. Her vineyards are also certified organic as of their 2021 harvest and she began to implement biodynamic practices in 2020.
