Tasting Notes from Lorne Mackillop: “The 1975 is a bit lighter, still quite complex and with some chocolatey tones, sweetish, and with a very long presence on the palate. Considering that this is a third rate distillery (and demolished in 1983) this cask is a rare example of a fine whisky coming from a very ordinary distillery. Cask Number 3210”
