Macallan 18 Year Sherry Oak 1982

Distilled in 1982, this was was bottled in 2000. The 1982vintage was one of sixreleases presented in tube packaging, all featuring the famous Sara Middawatercolours of Easter Elchieshouse.

The early to mid 80s bottlings of the 18 year old Macallans tend to show a much gamier, meatier profile with notes of Spices, cloves, oranges, dried fruit with some smoke and lots of classic sherry intensity. Super soft and typically luxurious in style. A very rare old bottling of a classic Sherry Oak Macallan!
