OLO Auchroisk 13 Year Old 2011 Oloroso Cask

Distilled in 2011 at the Speyside-based Auchroisk Distillery, this single malt has been matured for 13 years, including a sherry cask finish in oloroso oak. Bottled at a cask strength, this limited single cask release was selected and bottled by Global Whisky under their OLO label.Bottled at 51.8% ABV. No coloring or chill filtration.

Expect a dram layered with stewed fruits, baking spices, and deep malt richness.

Nose: Spiced plum, dark cherries, toasted oak, and chocolate.

Finish: Long and elegant with a touch of nutmeg, vanilla, and oak spice
