Distilled at an undisclosed Speyside distillery in 2011, this 10-year-old single malt was matured in ten hogsheads and bottled in 2021 by North Star Spirits under the South Star label. With only 2,148 bottles released, it reflects the elegance and subtle complexity Speyside malts are known fordespite keeping its true origin a secret. Nose: Soft orchard fruits, vanilla cream, and honeyed malt.

Palate: Green apples, buttery shortbread, a touch of spice, and toasted oak.
