The Downpour Coast & Croft Gin from North Uist Distillery takes inspiration from wild sea botanicals and small Hebridean crofts.Pepper dulse seaweed is harvested from North Uists rocky shores at low tide and distilled into a concentrate before being blended with a distillate of specially selected botanicals, including hand-picked wild thyme.
