A big still-shaped decanter of Kentucky Bourbon Distiller’s excellent Willett Pot Still reserve. A small batch bourbon named for the founders of the distillery.
Bottled at 47% ABV (Bottle size 700ml)

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, and oak, with hints of floral and citrus.

Palate: Rich and smooth, featuring flavors of toffee, butterscotch, and baking spices, balanced with a touch of pepper.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of sweet corn, vanilla, and a subtle spiciness.
