The Otronia Patagonia Pinot Noir is sourced from the sand and clay soils of Block 1.It is fermented in concrete with 50% whole bunch to enhance its perfume and structure.This was followed by malolactic fermentation and once completed, the wine was aged in un-toasted French oak foudres for 18-20 months prior to bottling.This wine is a ruby red colour with violet hues. Notes of raspberries and cherries are combined with notes of dry herbs, truffle, and freshly cut flowers. The palate is delicate with a persistent structure. Silky tannins, combined with a firm natural acidity, give this wine a unique vitality and depth.
